Golden Oyster mushrooms are a warm weather mushroom that are very tender and fragile. Grown seasonally and without climate control these are some of the most sustainable mushrooms to grow. Their flavor is nutty with hints of jasmine, these amazing mushrooms are great sauteed and served on the side or as a garnish. One of our favorite recipes is imitation deep fried chicken breast. Take whole clusters and gently roll them in batter. Once covered in batter, deep fry the whole mushroom cluster and then season as you would fried chicken. This is an amazing recipe for both vegans and meat eaters alike.
